If you’re wandering around the Grandscape and craving something bold, indulgent, and unapologetically Texan, LSA Burger Co. is exactly where you want to land. With its lively outdoor patio, upbeat atmosphere, and stacked burgers that arrive looking like they’re ready for a photoshoot, this spot delivers a memorable meal from the first sip to the last bite.

A Drink That Sets the Tone

The meal kicked off with a refreshing cocktail served over a mountain of ice and garnished with lime and a slice of jalapeño. It’s the kind of drink that hits that sweet spot between crisp and spicy—perfect for a sunny afternoon on LSA’s open-air patio. Between the breeze, the chatter of nearby tables, and the cold drink in hand, it’s impossible not to settle into the moment. This particular drink was called “The Boys Of Summer” and our server was kind enough to inform us that all of their cocktails are an automatic double pour! So, for $10 I would say this is well worth it.

The Main Event: A Burger Worth Writing Home About

Then came the burger… and wow. This is not your average handheld. Served on a metal tray, the burger arrived towering—thick, juicy beef patty, melted cheddar cascading down the sides, strips of crispy bacon, and a perfectly cooked fried egg layered on top. The buttery brioche bun was soft enough to bite through easily, but sturdy enough to hold everything together (a small miracle given the amount of goodness inside).

Cutting it open revealed what you already suspected: this thing is a flavor bomb. The yolk, the cheese, the beef, the bacon—everything blended into a rich, savory bite that somehow managed not to overwhelm. Paired with a side of fries tossed in parmesan and herbs, it’s the kind of meal that makes you forget you ever considered ordering a salad.

Atmosphere & Vibes

LSA Burger Co. has an energy that’s hard to replicate. The patio has plenty of natural light, lively people-watching, and that unmistakable local charm from the surrounding murals and signage. It’s casual, welcoming, and perfect for everything from weekend lunches to laid-back evenings with friends.

Final Thoughts

LSA Burger Co. isn’t just a place to grab a burger—it’s an experience. Come for the hearty comfort food, stay for the vibrant patio and cold cocktails. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, put this spot on your list.

If you want a meal that feels like Texas hospitality on a plate, this is it.
